WoodDo Monitoring
System for control and registration of timber drying process
The WoodDo Monitoring system has been developed for already existing timber drying equipments. The supervising program can be ran on industrial PC, supporting both the Windows and Linux operating systems. The user can control by the help of this porgram the important, actual parameters of the drying process, i.e. the temperature, the relative humidity of air, the equilibrium moisture content (EMC), the timber moisture content and the drying factor (GRADIENT). The measured values including the preceeding events too can be monitored both numerically and graphically. This program creates a report in tables and graphical formats which is an official certificate on the drying processes for the authorities.
The measuring systems includes two units:
- WDMC unit It is a 6 channel temperature compensated timber moisture content measuring unit
- WDRHT unit It has 1 temperature and 1 air relative humidity measuring units.
The supervisory program receives the data from the measuring units, executes the necessary calculations as well as displays and registers the characteristics.
The supervisory program is easy and user-friendly.
